Refund & Cancellation Policy

Repair times provided by Click Tech are estimates and are not binding unless expressly agreed in writing. Click Tech is not liable for losses resulting from unforeseen costs or delayed repairs.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. RMA requests must be submitted via email.

RMA numbers are issued per item and must include a full fault description to enable testing.

All defective merchandise must be returned with all original accessories, cables, power supplies, and documentation.

Click Tech is not responsible for the cost of returning products or for lost or damaged packages. Customers are advised to ship via traceable methods and insure the package.

If return conditions are not met, Click Tech reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of at least 15%.

Acceptance of products: Click Tech will conduct incoming inspection as soon as possible on receipt of returned products.
